Focused on personal awareness with direct application to situations in the real world, the unconscious bias we hold and how they are connected to our overdone strengths with tools to challenge them in a way that gets to the core of change.
Thank you again for such an amazing and engaging day yesterday. I’m really excited about this program and opportunity to continue learning and growing; the workshop was one of my favourite and best learning experiences ever I’ve had.

If I were to be asked for my top 5 courses in which I have taken in the past few years, Stride would be up there without a doubt. If you were to ask me the course that has truly inspired me to be a better leader and overall person, it would be Stride. Most courses try to mold you into something you may, or may not be, to fit the “Corporate Construct” to further their agenda. With Stride, they understand that everyone is different and embrace diversity. I truly believe Stride caters to every personality and pushes one to self-inflect to better themselves at work and in their home life.
I would highly recommend that (confidential) continue to work with the STRIDE Leadership Program. Compared to traditional leadership programs STRIDE was not generalized. While there are general components to the program, it is designed to suit the individual development needs of each leader/candidate. The individualized nature of the course is what I found the most helpful. I learned techniques on how to best adapt my personal leadership style to the audience thereby fostering a more positive and cohesive work environment.

Stride has been, and continues to be an integral part of my growth as a leader, and as a person. He has an incredible ability to connect with people and to craft messages in a manner in which they can consume. I would not be where I am personally or professionally, without him.
