Calling Vancouver, BC home now, Shane has taken his skills around the province of BC to represent brands such as General Motors, Nissan and Chrysler. In his roles as General Manager and Sales Manager, Shane continues his commitment to world-class client experiences for every patron of his retail stores while carefully curating environments for his teams to grow and reach potentials.

As an International Coach Federation certified coach, Shane attributes his life experience as being his greatest power as he leverages his professional and cultural experiences to build genuine connection. Through his extensive travels through Asia, Europe and the Middle East, Shane would tell you that it is these times visiting foreign lands that lead to his desire to continue his learning of human connection and motivations. Shane’s entry into the world of leadership development coaching is an organic blend of industry experience, personal passion and desire to aid in individuals growth and development.

Away from Shane’s professional life, he values his time with his Alaskan Malamute, Kira and following his beloved Detroit Lions and Vancouver Canucks.
