Kav Salh

As founder of Stride Leadership, a Certified Leadership Coach, and Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Kav Salh’s greatest passion is in developing world-class leaders. He has worked with teams and individuals from Brookfield Asset Management, MapleLeaf Sports and Entertainment (Toronto ICF Prism Award for Excellence), The Salvation Army Anti Human Trafficking division, Deloitte, The Canadian Federal Government, Oil and Gas sector, Municipal Governments (BC) and the Joey Restaurant Group. His role as Leadership Advisor at Streamline Athletes Inc. involves working with their Founders, Executive Team, as well as NCAA and Olympic athletes. He will be celebrating his 10th year in the coaching industry, in 2022.

Above all, Kav specializes in empowering individuals, executives, high-potential and emerging leaders to perform at their very best. From a young age Kav knew that he wanted to inspire others. As captain of his sports teams, he became passionate about leading by example. Prior to his transition into entrepreneurship, he was a successful retail manager heading-up a team of over 40 members.

Today, through meaningful conversations and results-driven practices, Kav is committed to helping his clients hit benchmarks, both personally and professionally.
